A rare case of panhypopituitarism secondary to neurosarcoidosis initially treated as sepsis of unknown origin

Sarcoidosis is a very rare inflammatory disease and UK prevalence was 8% between 2008 to 2012 of which only 15 % developed neurosarcoidosis. Our patient is a 83 year old gentleman who presented with symptoms of lethargy, low blood pressure and confusion over 2 weeks . He had multiple comorbidities including heart failure, chronic kidney disease, permanent pacemaker, hypertension.
